Breakfast catering: -
Staff meetings, business meetings and conferences can be given a morning kick-start with one of our breakfast options; whether you are looking for a hot or cold option, we can deliver fresh tasty morning catering for you and your guests.

• Our Hot option comprises a selection of hot filled rolls with choices from Bacon, Link/Lorne Sausage, Haggis, Black Pudding, Potato Scone (v) delivered on a piping hot chafing dish.

• Our Continental Option comprises a selection of croissants, mini muffins and pastries together with butter and preserves; fresh fruit and yoghurt are also available.

Our breakfast Catering includes Disposable Plates, Napkins, Sauces and Fruit Juice.

Boardroom Lunches: -
You will be spoilt for choice when deciding on the lunch for you! Select from traditional sandwich platters on thick white or wholemeal bread with various fillings including vegetarian options; add baguettes and wraps if you want a little more! Savoury Nibbles, home-made Cakes, tray bakes and scones, delicious Seasonal Fruit can all be incorporated in the lunch options, as well as Cheese Boards.

Fork Buffets: -
Our team of dedicated chefs would be delighted to prepare a tailor-made fork buffet for your guests.  This would provide a more exclusive dining experience and can range from smoked salmon to cured meats, antipasti to galantines, salad bowls to home-made puddings. Our dedicated team will help you plan the perfect package for your fork buffet.

Something different: -
If it’s something a little different you’re looking for to impress your corporate guests, we can prepare an Afternoon Tea or Soup Kettles; why not take it a step further with a Champagne and Canapé reception or fine dining evening meal. For a more informal event we have BBQs and Mobile Catering units.
